You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the helpwin registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. helpwin is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify helpwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. helpwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
helpwin is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID — as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
helpwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the helpwin cashier section and are subject to change. helpwin reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

helpwin does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card funding of gambling accounts is not available in compliance with Philippine regulations.
helpwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
helpwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on helpwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are available within the helpwin platform for each product category. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
helpwin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's helpwin account. Bets that have been settled and withdrawn are not subject to retrospective voiding except in cases of fraud or regulatory requirement.
For live betting, helpwin reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under the circumstances described above.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the helpwin platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of helpwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the helpwin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any helpwin content without prior written consent from helpwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpwin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the helpwin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
helpwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helpwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. helpwin is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond helpwin's reasonable control.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through helpwin's internal complaints process.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to helpwin's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. helpwin will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution guidelines.
helpwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the helpwin platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the helpwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
